BASE Milano Via Bergognone 34
On Sunday 17th November, from 2pm to 8pm, BASE Milano will host a series of lectures, panel discussions and talks on contemporary photographic practice. The event will be led by the photographer-members of Magnum Photos, the world’s most prestigious photography agency, founded in 1947 by Robert Capa, Henri Cartier-Bresson, George Rodger and David "Chim" Seymour.
The audience will have the unique opportunity to meet and engage with Olivia Arthur, Thomas Dworzak, Lindokuhle Sobekwa (Magnum Photos Nominee) and Alex Majoli: photographers who are dedicated to depicting the world and interpreting key historical events through the lens of their own powerful vision.
After their Q&A, Glaviano and Majoli will be joined by Arthur, Dworzak and Sobekwa for an open discussion, inviting questions from the audience.
Admission is free and on a first-come-first-served basis.
After each talk, there will be time for the audience to ask questions to Magnum photographers. We look forward to welcoming you at BASE Milano, in Via Bergognone 34, next Sunday 17th November at 2pm.
